I am a travel nurse and was heading home to Florida when I got a flat tire on the highway in the middle of the night. Roadside assistance through my insurance company continued to tell me someone was on the way to assist me. 6 hours later no one showed up. I started making calls on my own when I found Joe Walsh. He was able to find me so quickly and patched my tire on the side of a busy highway. I was able to make it home. The best part was the price! Joe was professional, friendly, and the only roadside assistance that would help me.
We are happy with their general roadside assistance services. The work is exceptional, and they are always super friendly with our drivers. We often require help with different stuff. A flat, lockout, or towing, the job is completed to our highest expectations. We highly recommend them!
